"Daniel was very responsive , great customer service skills, saved us 1000s of dollars. Our septic tank kept overflowing. We had it pumped 3x in 6 months. (There's only two of us living in the home) the company we used to pump out recommend replacing the entire leech field. Cost appx 8 k to replace and get permits from a third party company. (Why can't they pull the permits themselves. Red flag) We then called Alabama Plumbimg and left a message about a 2nd opinion. I glad I did!!! Within minutes we got a call back from Daniel, we explained our issue and he said he'd be here tomorrow afternoon to take a look. He did some tests and offered a chemical treatment that could kill the roots that clogged our leech field for a fraction of the replacement. It's a two day process. Daniel came back the next day and completed the treatment then did a complete pressure test and a water volume acceptance test and my field took every drop of water he pumped in. It didn't do any noticeable damage to my next door neighbors huge trees and my problem was fixed. A win win win situation. Win 1 I saved 1000s of dollars and my field is not collapsed and in great shape win 2 my neighbors trees weren't damaged. Win 3 Daniel added an inspection "T" pipe that I can inspect and possibly fix myself should something goes wrong. Very cool indeed. I cannot say enough about our experience. I recommend that anyone with septic tank or leech field issues in Alabama or Pensacola and other areas make Alabama Plumbing your first call. Note* they do NOT do pump outs. If you are told by the pump out company that you need to replace your leech field, do yourself a favor and call Alabama Plumbing for a second opinion. They're honest, reliable and could save you 1000s without digging up your whole back yard.. its been over six month that I waited to post this to really give it time for any problems to happen. That access pipe let's me check from time to time and it is 100% free and clear of the tree roots. It's also not toxic to pets as it's underground. No permits needed. CALL THIS COMPANY AND ASK FOR DANIEL. You'll be glad you did. Steve S. Pensacola Florida. I'd rate then a 10 out of 5 if I could. They're that good! Thank you again Daniel.!!! I thank you , my pocket thanks you and my yard thanks you!"

"This review is for the estimate process. Johnny showed up. He showed up on time. He listened carefully and took pictures of everything. He walked me through the process with the electric utility and showed me the equipment outside in the back that needs to be replaced. The bid I received was clear and extremely itemized. Very good bid experience!"

"When they gave us the estimate, we gave them the initial deposit of $2,500. At our bank, Brian put his name above the name of the company name in different colored ink on the check. This threw up a red flag at the bank. They called us about it, telling us it would not go through. He then told us about not being able to cash it at the bank, and we wrote another for the same amount directly to Brian, thinking our bank still had the check. He told us later that he had given the first check to his brother, Andy, who cashed it immediately at another bank, so they ended up having the initial deposit and the second of three checks before they even started the job! Aside from that, they were very diligent, working almost non-stop on the replumbing project. During this period, they also asked us for a draw because of vehicle troubles, which were evident, and we gave them $100, for which they gave us a receipt. On the third day, they discovered a plaster wall that was unknown to us. They emailed us saying they could not go on without an adjustment in price ($1,000 more plus an agreement that we let them do a kitchen sink re-route to the city main sewer for $4,400. We felt that the increase was reasonable. We agreed to pay it and signed the contract for the re-route. All during this time, we had to stay in a hotel but tried to be there but out of their way when needed. During the re-route drain portion, I noted to Andy that a ceiling fan in a back bedroom was spraying water when turned on and all light bulbs placed in that fan buzzed and shorted out. He quickly offered to replace the fan, which he did that night. Earlier that day, I had to use my Shop-Vac to clean up some sheetrock dust and found soaked insulation filling the inside. I didn't tell him that day what I found, because I didn't make the connection between the two until later. He also told me that the p-trap in the guest bathroom was leaking, and he put a new p-trap on. I then told him about a kitchen sink drainage pipe that was now leaking and that we couldn't turn the dishwasher on. He performed additional work on those, and they appeared to work properly. A day after I gave him the check for the re-route, I noticed that the same p-trap in the guest bedroom was leaking, the kitchen drain was still leaking, a pipe was sticking through the wall into the entryway and a spigot on the front of the house was very wobbly and felt I couldn't put any pressure to turn it off or on. The day after that, the 4th or 5th day, I called and messaged Andy about a callback to address the problems that still needed fixing. It took a day before I got a response from him where he first said he and Brian were no longer in business together, but promised that we were "FIRST ON THE LIST" on the 21st to fix those problems. He never showed up. He ignored all phone calls and messages and has up to the date of this complaint. I then messaged Brian about coming back and fixing the items and he initially that he would but since then he has ignored all messages. I've since replaced the p-trap in the guest bedroom at my own expense, in order to get the house back together and functioning. I also had to purchase an additional $200 in materials and tools to rebuild the entryway wall where it was torn out on two sides to route pipes for the outside back spigot. I've made repeated attempts to reach both of them, both on phone and text messages, all being ignored."

"Three other plumbers had looked at this outside faucet & either said it was too difficult because the pipes were old & the faucet seemed to be frozen, or it would involve going thru the brick wall, Or they would call me back once they looked into it. Patrick Plumbing showed up with NO excuses & FIXED IT! How nice. I will be calling them in the future for inside work that is coming up."
