"I had blockage in the pipes and prior to snaking they conducted a “free” camera inspection to locate the clog. They cleared the drain for now and provided a verbal 90-day guarantee. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They charge a bit more than their competitors."

"This is, by far, the most dependable, prompt, professional, affordable, trustworthy drain cleaning company in Genesee county and Michigan...hands down!!! Truly no other company I would trust to come into my home while I'm home or not. I've used Mega Man Drain Cleaning several times over the years and I'm never disappointed in the quality of the work that is done or the price of the work. Five out of five stars!"

"I really wish I got the gentleman's name who came out because he was the most honest and polite servicemen I've had to deal with!! My shower drain is very moody and some days it drains and others it doesn't! Of course when he was here it was just fine. He COULD of lied and said he needs to snake it and whatever because I KNOW my drain sucks!! But he DID NOT!! He wasn't going to take any money from me but I told him he came out and for his time. Finally, he agreed and wrote me up for a service call. I KNOW my drain will act silly again and the first place I'll call for any plumbing needs is Thatcher & Son Services. They are by far one of the GOOD ones!!"

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.
