"We called and got an appointment for inspection immediately. Andres came out right during the appointment window, inspected the premises for about an hour, and explained all the termite evidence to me. Most pest control companies do not have anyone to do the woodwork and I was happy to not have to arrange for a separate handyman. Andres sent an email estimate and also a mailed estimate. We arranged spraying of the two small attic spaces, remediation of the wood on the balcony and some of the house siding, and requested spraying the interior for silverfish which they included at no extra charge. We were also given a 10% discount as Angies List customers! The crew came out right on time and the work was done within three hours. My only minor quibble is that, although I appreciated having them do the woodwork, the finishing paint was not done all that carefully. Other than that, though, good job."

We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress.
