"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

Knew what the issue was and how to repair, very respectful with mask and letting us know when he was shutting the water off and what steps he was taking. Even hit a snag with an additional broken pipe connection he discovered, but fixed that as well. Guaranteed work and he even offered to repair it again for no cost should his handiwork come undone. It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.

"We've hired Joe 3 times already. In the kitchen, he had to dis-connect the refrigerator in order to put down our new tile. When he re-connected it, he fixed the connection to the water line. Suddenly, the water dispenser was filling our glasses quickly. We didn't know it wasn't working as well as it should have! A's on all categories. We highly recommend and would hire again without looking for anyone else."

"On my first inquiry I didn’t get a prompt response, but after having a home for 15 years and looking for various contractors this wasn’t exactly news. My second inquiry did receive a response with an apology and a day and time for an initial assessment. Wonder of wonders, someone showed up. Turns out he was what I think I remember is half owner of the company, Landry was the name if I remember correctly. Not a people kinda guy, more of a “let me measure everything and then I’ll deal with your inane questions” kind of guy. Waited for a quote for a week I think, sent an email asking about the quote and received an apology for the lateness and the quote. Wasn’t the cheapest I had received, wasn’t the most expensive. Hired. Their work was well beyond expectations. The job came in a little later than expected, about 3 days or so, but there are always unforeseen issues in a full kitchen remodel. Jackie, Carlos, and Jared were always responsive to all questions concerns and available with suggestions throughout the process. Any conflicts in scheduling of work to be done by their crew or subcontractors we were notified immediately, and I can’t express my appreciation for this enough.
