Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me. He inspected it and then offered me an option of some preventative maintenance and again, had the parts available.
