"Very happy with the egress window that was installed in our basement. The company was very attentive to open communication and our needs as customers. The contractors kept me informed and ask for my approval/concerns throughout the project. Work was completed in a timely manner. The work site was kept as neat and organized as possible when digging down several feet into the ground and cutting out a concrete slab from a basement wall. Crossroads Foundation Repair is professional, friendly, and detailed in their work."

"We wanted to write and tell you how happy we are with the work your crew of professionals at Air Xray have done to waterproof our basement .... From our first contact with Fred ; that explained the whole process of making the drainage pipes around our foundation and waterproofing our walls while working within our budget ... We would like to thank the crew that did the work ; they are true professionals that showed up on time and kept us up to date on this project ; by showing their progress as the work went through each step from start to finish .... and also Heather that managed the scheduling and paperwork of the project ...."

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

"Vendor could provide foundation service, but not one of the other services we requested (simply not a service this vendor performs); we therefore chose a different path. Vendor provided a detailed and valuable foundation report that was essential towards our efforts, so we are very grateful for that. We will seriously consider this vendor for future work."

"Affordable Foundation helped me with the project I gave it to them. They are extremely professional in their work and they know what they are doing. Keith is very professional and expert at his work. He went above and beyond to finish the work on time. He agreed to work on Sunday with very short notice. He was on time on Sunday and did fantastic work. I recommend affordable foundation to everyone."

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

"Very Professional they a excellent job installing new bathroom flooring, would hire her again."

"When we had the footer drains replaced in 2014 ,we had many problems with the installation. Even though we had so many problems, the job did get done and we have not had any water problems since."
