"I hired Eastside construction To Tape and texture 2 Hallways and a master bedroom, closet and bath. The taper Tom was personable but was the Sloppiest Taper I have ever been around. I have been in the trades since 1972. i requested that Tom scrape out the corners before shooting the texture at least three times, this was done half heartedly. I mentioned to Tom he was the sloppiest taper I had ever seen and asked who was going to clean up his mess. He replied Dean usually sends a crew around, but that was between me and Dean. There was no cleanup crew supplied by Dean. there are several areas that were not sanded properly and texture was shot anyway. I only saw these areas while I was painting. I would never hire this company again. The mess Tom Made and tracked through our house was inexcusable. My wife and I covered our floors, taped off the outlets, installed zipper doors to help keep the dust down. Tom belongs on a Commercial jobsite not an occupied home. I won't make this mistake again. "BIG skew up for all the money you paid. I have them installing a tankless + furnace and AC at my new house.When they came onsite for the installation, they showed no respect to a refresh paint , completely remodeled house, smearing on the wall. Drilled two holes on the wall only to find out that doesn't work and you can still see those holes after installing the thermostats. They did not work with my GC take insult the mechanical room even though they agreed too. They also just threw away the existing Nest thermostat without even asking. At the time, they apologized and told me "the mechanical installation is perfect". Guess what? The inspector came in and detected leaking gas! Inspection is another big skew up. They did not schedule for inspection 1 month after the installation. The inspector was at my home for the work my GC is doing and that's how he noted the leaking gas. After that, I called the office several times a day to see when they will schedule another inspection, and eve"
