"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

He and his co-worker arrived right on time. They were friendly, polite and made sure to explain all the work that they were doing. "Evergreen installed a new hybrid heat pump system in my house. After researching the options, Evergreen was not only the most reasonable price, but they also scoped out a hybrid system where they would install new duct work and a single air exchanger in the attic and a minisplit in the basement. Scott, the sales person, did not try to upsell me on number of zones (others tried to get me to get 2 units in the basement) and after 2 months with the system, the single unit in the basement is heating the whole basement to our needs. All this was done at a price still considerably lower than the "standard" system price being offered by one of the bigger, similarly named companies. Evergreen was also the only company to propose a hybrid system where they would install a single exchanger in the attic and run new ceiling ducts to the rooms. This was appealing because we don't need to have the cassettes in each room and we didn't need to line the outside of the house with conduit for the cassettes (also the bathroom gets heat, too). Scott was great to work with, answered all my questions, and did his best to size the system correctly. Installation was smooth. There was a small hiccup where the installer accidentally broke a basement window, but Evergreen squared it away. Don and his team were great and the inspections passed. After install support has been great. Denise has been responsive to my questions. Overall, the experience was great with Evergreen and I highly recommend them."

"I didn't do any price comparison. I got to tell you, when they installed my furnace, it was really kind of funny because it was a Friday and they were here until pretty late, and after they left, it all quit. So I called them, and they said we'll send somebody out, and then in a few minutes, it started working again, so I called them back and said since it's the weekend coming up and I don't need either heat or A/C, that Monday was fine. On Monday they came out and the problem there was a little something that was filling up with water and once it was full, it turned everything off. They said they had to order a new part, so if it quits working again, just give it a kick. I did, and it brought it back on. They were very responsive. I just thought it was funny as I'll get out. To give it a kick was just funny. Well I have the air conditioning and heat all hooked together there, and so it was the water from the air conditioning that was going into something that wasn't quite the right size. I really like them so do not mark them down because of that! I always feel that the things tell about somebody is if there's a problem how well they go about fixing it."
