Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"I have to compare them to some other people, because it is quite a bit of money. It's like $10,000-$20,000. You can pay a little each month, but that's a lot of money. He just went and checked it, I don't think that he hardly did anything. Usually they give you a tune-up. I pay $16 a month just for them to come out to check it. He came upstairs and said that the fan is really loud. He's afraid that it's going out, and that I am going to need a new system. When I turned on the cooler it worked fine and it sound like it always does. It's sound terrible to me, but I don't have $20,000 to front on a heating system right now. He was professional.
