"Excellent experience starting with sales person, schedulers and installation crew. Everything went really well and in particular very satisfied with Bob and his colleague. They did an excellent job on installation day, very responsive and courteous. Can highly recommend them."

"This was a standard check for my central air system. I received a call from the company asking if the tech could come a day earlier than scheduled and I said, yes. Not a big deal but nice they ask. Tech was very personable and explained what he was going to do. Pricing is reasonable and all works as it should. I recommend Pacific."

"Great experience from the estimate to the installation. Very professional and friendly technicians."

"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"I called P.H. Tuesday evening and left a message. Wednesday morning they returned the call and said a tech could be here Thursday morning. He arrived within the 2 hour window. Jason was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the needed part for repair so it would be ordered. The office staff called back on Friday to say the part was in and the tech could install it Monday morning. Gary arrived right on time. He too was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the fan motor, tested it and was on his way in less than an hour. Work area was clean as it was before he started."

"James is an excellent sales person! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC intalls. Very thorough in working up an estimate for me. Provided me with alot of good option for furnace installs. Right now i am in the process of getting nurmerous bids. For my furnace install."

"The team responded to my request and submitted the bid the same day, which was very reasonable. They showed up on time on the day of installation, and did an excellent job. Cleaned up, and showed me how to use the system. Would highly recommend"

"I'd been wanting to get of our old electric baseboard heaters for a long time, and replace it with something more efficient, and Mark helped my understand the differences between a ductless mini-split system and a ducted heatpump system. Even in our small house, the ducted system was the way to go. Mark and his installers were professional and efficient, and answered all my questions. When the thermostat was acting a little odd, he sent a technician over to calibrate it, free of charge. There was a small issue where I initially got the wrong specs for the electrical, and as a result I had the electrician install unnecessary circuits, but Marc reimbursed me for the cost."
