"I recently moved into a rental that was not taken care of by previous tenants. I had sinus issues the moment I moved in which lead me to find a hvac company to come clean the ducts. I was able to schedule a service within 2 days of the request. Ken was an exceptional tech who serviced this home. His attention to detail has now made my home more enjoyable to live in and my sinuses are no longer an issue. The sanitizer he sprayed in the venting system is what sold me on this company. Very pleased with this company and Kens service. I hope I save someone the pain of searching, like I did. Look no further, I would highly recommend using them."

"Went perfectly. Received a phone response from our Angie’s list request within an hour and the tech was at our home within about 45 minutes. On a Sunday, no less. Although the home is only 5 years old, the vent was very clogged. The tech did a great job, cleaning first from the inside and then got on the roof to make sure it was clean there too. The tech was very pleasant and professional throughout the process."

"Unique installed my A/C and furnace 8 years ago. This was just an annual check on system. Very pleased with service."

"I had a complete AC system install. The Technicians Joe and Cortez, were here 10 minutes before 6AM ready to get to work. They laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring and work area before anything was started. Very meticulous and nothing out of the ordinarily they couldn't handle. Had no problem explaining things along the way. It was a pleasure having United do the install."

"Unit wasn’t cooling so I called the company, who came out within hours. My system wasn’t able to fixed that night so they left me a portable unit, which I’ve never had done before. And they returned the next morning with the needed part. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend."
