So I called them Saturday evening and someone came the next morning, great customer service line and very efficient. They gave me detailed information on whoâ s coming and when. The gentleman that came (Danny) has wonderful Customer service and is extremely helpful. He gave me advice on what to look for in the future to prevent any electrical fires. "I feel like I was price gouged because I was a woman without knowledge regarding plumbing. I paid over $800 for the gentleman to change a cracked pvc pipe and change the tank/flap on the toilet. First the guy told me $1395. After my neighbor came over and told me to call the company that service my irrigation system he called the office and it went from $1395 to $813. I took pictures what was fixed showed another professional and was told it shouldn't have cost me more than a couple hundred dollars. The gentleman was pleasant but most con artist are. The work was done very quickly. It took maybe an hour to complete the job. $800 an hour I'm clearly in the wrong line of business..."

"LADIES - this one is for you! In the process of replacing our shower head we somehow busted the pipe. At 8 PM. On hair washing day. Talk about awful timing. Iceberg Home Services was the only company that answered my call and offered to get me immediate service. Christina was the initial person I spoke to and she instantly relieved my anxieties and stress. Sam was the plumber who came out to complete my repair and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, let me know exactly what was being repaired, and was so kind and professional throughout. I cannot thank this company enough! As a woman it's always hit or miss to find a good contract/service company that makes me feel comfortable and let me just tell you, THIS COMPANY IS A HIT ON THE BULLSEYE! The repairs weren't the cheapest but for the quality of work I would pay their fee 10 times over. This will be the ONLY company we utilize in the future for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs.
