I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. "Called drain frog gentleman picked up right away I explained my drain problem he told me no fee for coming to check it out he was here in 30 minutes he was very professional fixed my problem in less than a hour and gave me a discounted fee for job done and he was like talking to a family member.
