"Everything went great. My water heater broke on Friday night. I put out a few messages for plumbers on Angie's List, and Shimon got back to me right away. I heard back from some other plumbers as well, but Shimon was able to do it the soonest and at the best price. Couldn't ask for more. He arrived at 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning and replaced the water heater, hauling the old one away. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend! I will use again when I need any plumbing services."

By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they said they could come early Sunday morning. Ryan arrived promptly as promise and quickly determine how to approach the issue and retrieved the little yellow bus. "The repair went very well. The 2 plumbers were professional, polite and worked well together. The work was explained and the faucet filter change was explained. I was very happy with the quality of work. However, I felt the price was a bit high, and it included an $89.00 "assessment" fee, which was explained to me as a fee just to get the plumbers to my door. The plumbers called it a dispatch fee. Considering that I provided the faucet, I thought the total cost of the job was on the high side. The old faucet and packaging for the new faucet was removed by the plumbers, and my kitchen was left in very clean condition. Great job overall."
