"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. "He tried multiple times to fix the toilet, but it could not be repaired. He had to install a new one. He was really professional and courteous. He even wore shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt inside the house."

"They came out on time. Did a nice and neat job of installing the system and cleaned up afterwards. The guys were friendly and got the job done in a good amount of time. Going to keep their number for future plumbing work."

"Doc is excellent! Finding a contractor in Philly with honesty, integrity, and pride in their work is very difficult. Most home owners in Philly understand this. Doc was professional, courteous, communicative, and did the job correctly. It did go a little longer than planned, but that's to be expected with an old house and having to replace and fix previous crappy contractor work. His pricing is spot-on! Doc doesn't mess around - HE KNOWS HIS CRAFT. He is a master plumber and craftsman in the truest sense. You can't go wrong with Doc, and you know you'll get a fair price and be working with someone that will stand by their work. I will be working with Doc again for sure. I'm already saving for our next project."

"Excellent! Very professional and cleaned up the mess, great work in my tub and it was like brand new."

"John was an easy-going person to work with. I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. He made recommendations to do a skim coat and gave it a day to cure. The next day he installed the tile and gave it another day to cure. The thi..."

"Everything went extremely well. Alex was a pleasure to work with; he was efficient, neat and did a great job. When he was finished, he showed me the completed project and shared care instructions. We have used Sir Grout in the past to color seal our kitchen floor and will use again. A very reliable company that stands behind its work."
