"Roman provided a written estimate that was detailed and very competitive. He then met us at his show room to make our tile selections. He offered advice when I was indecisive about some choices and I’m glad I listened because he was absolutely correct. Work began with demo in a timely manner and proceeded at a good pace. We had some wall damage due to termite issues that he had to address. Identified and repaired an issue with my toilet flange. He would not tolerate sub standard work that had been done previously. He left work areas clean at the end of each day and made minimal mess during the day. Came in on schedule even with a few of my add-ons. The final result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! (We are still waiting on shower door placement because measurements have to be taken for them after the shower is constructed and they are installed by an independent contractor, so that is to be expected. Just to explain photos!)"
