He was extremely apologetic about having to reschedule from the previous week (he gave me plenty of notice ahead) and showed up early on our agreed reschedule date. These things happen but he handled it all as well as I could've asked for. Should I ever need plumbing services again in the future, I already know I'll be checking in with Lowe Plumbing for it."

"In hindsight, I believe we were charged anywhere from five to $8000 more than what we should’ve paid. We had a walk-in bathtub installed and while I like the bathtub, the overall cost was excessive. We prepped the bathroom and removed the old bathtub so they did not have to contend with any remodeling or removal of old construction. The plumbing itself did not have to be moved so the only thing they had to do was deliver and install the tub. I would recommend for anybody using this company to not succumb like I did to the pressure buy. If they’re going to install it, they should be able to give you a quote that they standby as you compare prices with other installation companies. After the installation was completed, we did all the backsplash tiling ourselves as well as decorative tiling around the base of the tub."
