"I needed a huge picture window with 2 sliding side windows. I was overly impressed with the knowledge of Jon who came out to give me a quote and the two men (Juan & Juan) who did the installation. Choosing a window and installer was a nerve-wracking process since the people from the three companies who previously quoted left me wondering if anyone understood the window installation industry. But when Jon came out he immediately answered all my questions, explained the entire window removal and installation process, arranged for the certificate of insurance and the village permit. My windows arrived earlier than anticipated which was great and Mark called me to set up an installation time.
