"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. "JACO saved my backyard project from being delayed any further. I needed an egress window well replaced due to poor workmanship from my builder 30 years ago-it worked but the cinderblock they used was laid in a crooked and uneven manner. We contracted with Acculevel to do the window well, but on the agreed date of installation which was 2 months later, they no showed. After playing phone tag with them, they ghosted me for 48 hrs and then said they were unable to do the project unless I had the window replaced by them with a 2500 increase in cost. Needless to say, We decided to get a new installer. I called JACO that evening and they were wonderful. Roger came out the next day and replaced the window well 2 weeks later. It looks beautiful and I am no longer embarrassed to have someone see it."
