"We hired Dan Johnson for our remodel of our only full bathroom. It was a complete gut of an 8x8 space. We were amazed with how quickly and efficiently Dan and his assistant PJ worked. It took 7 days from start to finish (I don't even think these guys stopped to eat) which we really appreciated, seeing is our only full bath. Even though they worked quickly, they didn't cut any corners. The job was impeccable. Work on tile and paint beautifully done. They installed a 48"vanity, toilet, and bathtub and shower fixtures. After the gut, Dan notified us that we would need a new subfloor due to damage that was not repairable. We were made aware of that minor snafu and the additional cost involved. No biggie. The final results are stunning. If there's a way for me to attach pictures, I will so you can see for yourself. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. They were worth every penny."

"I called Walt as I was in a bind and needed repairs done to get the house ready to go on the market. He was extremely responsive, and although he had a busy schedule he was able to fit me in for the timeframe I needed. He came out on the day scheduled and was on time and very professional. He had everything he needed to start the work quickly. Most of the odds and ends I needed were completed on the first day, and he began to paint. He also picked up the paint I needed, and only charged me at-cost instead of the standard price for paint. While he was in the home, he quietly worked with little disruption to me, as I was working from home. The next day, he came to complete the job and again he was on time and professional. I needed a new closet door installed and he went and picked that up from the hardware store as well! The pressure wash was performed quickly and was thorough, the outside of my home looked 100 times better! Overall I was extremely satisfied and will recommend him to anyone needed repairs and handy work done! <br />"

"The fence is great, the cornice they fixed is great. The sealing around the chimney seems to be okay, but the sealing around the skylight is worse than it was before. It didn't leak all summer, but I just noticed a couple nights ago that the skylight was leaking. The ceiling is stained all around the skylight much more than it was before."
