"Jason from Atlantis Plumbing came out to remove and haul away my old toilet, and install my new replacement toilet. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He went about his work with no unnecessary fanfare. Jason did all the work I'd agreed on with the customer service rep when I first called Atlantis Plumbing, and at the price agreed upon - with no "extras" or surprises. He completed the work in a timely manner, leaving the work area clean and as he found it. I'm very satisfied with the job he did and my overall experience with Atlantic Plumbing. The pricing for the job was competitive, as I'd called several companies for quotes. I went with Atlantis Plumbing because of the highly favorable reviews on Angie's List. I would definitely use them again."

"Matt was great. He preformed all the required repairs in a timely and professional manner at a reasonable price. I will be using Plumb Life again and highly recommend Matt and Plumb Life to anyone requiring quality plumbing services."

"Very satisfied with the plumbing repair done."

"The job went very well. Todd responded quickly and scheduled the job. Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. They are also very personable and nice to work with. Very happy with the job and the staff."

"It started with straightforward communication and informed decision-making on Pipe Dreamz Water and Sewer Atlanta's part. We had already assessed that we need to replace our waterline. Todd provided a fair offer for the work required to complete the job. Communication about timing was straightforward as well. They arrived on the agreed day and time and started right away. They demonstrated that they know what they were doing and pivoted as new facts emerged. None of this impacted the price or timeline. I appreciated the no-drama approach to soliciting business and the no-nonsense pricing, getting the work done, and the billing process."

"Scott, Tanner, and Dustin of PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER were simply outstanding. They arrived to the job precisely on time and ready to work. Everyone was professional, easy-going, and friendly. I had three different plumbing projects, two of them major. At every step, they explained what was going on. I could see the work being done with exacting care and each step was laid out so I could understand what they were doing and why. They completely fixed a major water leak and replumbed the pipes in the basement ceiling to perfection. Beautiful work. All overhead. In an hour. They worked quickly but with great care as they knocked out the next issue. A major foundation leak. Fixed. Pressure tested. Not a drop anywhere. They spent the rest of the day replacing a sewer main. Their work was again done with great care. Friendly, but no fooling around. They fixed every problem in a single day. Skill, knowledge, and caring together are a powerful combination. I have used three other local plumbers before and was not pleased. I am happy to give PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER my top rating. They got it done and done right. Thank you!"

"We discover a leak in our main water line. With Richard Kashi's recommendation, we used a leak detection service to avoid digging in multiple locations. They found we had at least two leaks in the line. Richard and the leak detection pro recommended replacing the entire line since two leaks meant a serious problem. The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time."

"They did a great job and stuck to the estimate. Didn’t try to up charge me or sell me additional services."

"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing 𠪠 is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. Their work is very clean and they even called me out to look at the replacement pipe before backfilling. I will most certainly, undoubtedly use RPP again!"
