All other companies couldn't get to me for 5 days. Mr. Farley sent his guy David over within an hour. He determined the problem, left to go get parts, came back and had my stove working within an hour as opposed to days. I am very pleased with the service. David was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I will use this company again if I have any other appliance issues. Good job for a fair price. "We were informed Best Home Solutions would be servicing our ovens through our home warranty company after the usual go to. A week later with no contact from them I made the call. I was told if the serviceman had time he would be out to see us that day. I'm so glad they weren't coming to fix my furnace or deliver a kidney. If I'd not called who knows when we would have seen them. Luckily I'm a stay at home mom and was available that day. It would have been nice for them to schedule a service rather than have them drop by when they had time.

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
