"CPOD was recommended by word of mouth for their quality work. I've waited 2 weeks before writing this review to make sure there's no problems. Not quite a burn-in test, I know. First, 2 gotchas: 1. It's best to call them directly with the number on their web site. I opted to chat first, and the chat-bot made my contact number available to other businesses who contacted me right away. I called CPOD directly a day later. 2. The appraiser was scheduled for 8-noon. I asked if he can block out 10-10:30 because I have a work meeting then. The scheduler said yes. The appraiser showed up at 10:05. A little passive aggressive perhaps? Now my co-workers meme about this. The gist: Dean was my technician. He's quite the gentleman: no nonsense and thoroughly professional. He not only replaced the broken guide slat of my garage door, he re-calibrated the whole thing and it is smoother and quieter than it's ever been.
