Geoffrey took care to explain the testing requirements and we set up an appointment for a few days later. He stayed in touch via texts and phone and was on time for the appointment. He called from the site with an observation and to ask if I wanted him to take additional samples, which I did. He submitted the samples to the lab right away and I had my report within two days. I will definitely use Mereson for any other testing I have a need for. The company was efficient and delivered everything they promised on time. I highly, highly recommend them if you need environmental testing."

"Michael Kuretich thoroughly tested the inside and outside of the house for lead paint. He took many samples from linoleum glue (black tar) on different surfaces and had them tested for asbestos. He came back a few times and tested the air after the removal of lead-containing bathroom tiles and flooring that contained asbestos in the glue. He did not charge me for one of his visits and inspections. His price is really fair while maintaining quality. He is knowledgeable ang gives sound advice. I used one of the companies he recommended for lead and asbestos removal and I was very happy with their work as well.
Another company listed with Angie's List wanted much more for the same service. When I asked why, he said that is the price for and quot;wall-to- wall testing.and quot; Please watch out for crooks.

"I thought the job was very well done.  They explained the cost before starting and did a great job!  But, didnot inform me that there was a minimum charge of $249 until after they itemized the price for each item;  I ended up paying an extra $54 which could have been applied towards more vents to clean.  However,   I am very pleased with the work done.  Our heater motor really needed to be cleaned well as was done.  I was just disappointed they did not tell me about a minimum charge of $245 after telling me each detailed cost of each type of service.  Be sure to get a clear written quote before starting your job.  I was also not offered the 5% or given the discount for using angieslist.com.   I will consider another company next time."

"We hired Michael from Venetian Builders for our entire kitchen remodeling. The remodeling included basically everything from new cabinets (upper and lower), new wood floor, new LED lighting, marble countertops and backsplash, new appliances (Refrigirator, dishwasher, stove, range hood) and a new island with high chair seating area. Michael knew very well how to transform our kitchen area in order to maximize the space and functionality. Michael was easy person to work with. He started the remodeling project on time and within 3 weeks from the starting date, the kitchen was handed to us! His people and sub-contractors arrived each day on time for work. "Their work ethic is a Aplus! They were probably late to start working a couple of times but made up the time and stayed later to advance on the kitchen. They definitely did work early in the mornings and sometimes they wouldn't work, but only because they have inspection to pass. I like the fact that they passed inspections, only once was it a minor little detail that the inspector brought to they attention but he let it be done while he was there and inspection passed. Demo was probably tough on them, the stucco was a bit old and strong. But after that the foundation happened and everything happened so fast(stages) my addition seemed to be a lot bigger than I thought it would be but I am definitely happy with the end work. They did not do finishes because I have family members that helped but as far as construction I was impressed with the quality and the fact that I have warranty made me a happy camper. Thanks to the team and office staff that checked up about twice a week!
