"We called Envirgo to have tile removed, tested and encapsulate the flooring on Wednesday, Dec 10, 2025. Nobody was on these floors until I walked in today and discovered that the encapsulation fluid was sprayed on my walls. Yes it is a water based sealant but the paint inside the house is also water based. My fiancé will be calling the company later today to see if we can get this resolved, because I will not be wiping these walls down because I don't want to take off the paint. If you look at the pictures, you can see where the paint is already starting to come off.Because of this encapsulation. I do not recommend them and I will not recommend them to my family or friends unless they fix this to my satisfaction."

"Company claimed they would remove the asbestos floor in the basement after our flooding in August 2025 and put an epoxy down on floor and that it would take about 3 days. During those three days we needed to be out of the house and get a hotel room to live in during those days and nights. and the job was done in under 2 full days. The company did not put an epoxy floor down, only painted the cement floor in the basement and claimed that was an epoxy paint. We did not know this was not right, until our walls were being repaired and the paint came us from the cement floor. When this was brought to their attention, they informed us that they would put an epoxy floor down and that they would not refund us or compensate us for any time either. They could do this without damaging the new walls/footboards, but after three more days of work (and us missing our own work and pay for those days), the epoxy was put down, but the walls/footboards were damaged. "I was in the middle of a recent home Refi to get cash out for a new roof and new windows but the credit union wanted a professional report of some interior water damage that was noted during the appraisal process. Donn, from Anderson Home Inspection, was my inspector 20 years ago when I originally purchased my duplex. I contacted Donn and explained the situation and he was very understanding of the need and urgency to get the report for the bank. We scheduled a time 2 days later. Donn quickly assessed the interior water damage and then used his very cool drone to inspect the roof. He took pictures of the roof, interior water stains, and the attic. His report was completed and I submitted it to the credit union. His determination was the interior water stains were cosmetic and not structural. They were due to the poor condition of the valley and chimney flashings and would be corrected this spring when the roof is replaced.
