"Arnold and Patrick arriver right on time.I explained my concerns for the SUV .It was in very bad shape.Had stains all over the seats and carpet. They started to work right away.Offered me to restore the front lights which I declined.Did superb job on the SUV,even did minor restoration for no charge.Put sealer instead of wax on the exterior beacause the sealer lasts loneger.have to test that yet. <br /> They spent 2 1/2 hr on the van <br /> On my GL450,they did basic cleaning which was definetely not basic at all.they were very thorough.Spent 30 minutes .I am super pleased with their service. <br />"

"Extremely professional, reliable, efficient and the best that's out there. Not knowing anything about the mold testing process, Nikhil explained everything in detail and kept me informed throughout entire process. He was honest and thorough. There are no hidden costs or agenda. Services included 3 areas plus a free swab test of an area of our choice - we chose the HVAC system and it revealed alarming numbers of mold. If we didn't have the swab test done, we wouldn't have realized the extent of the mold. We received results the same day and the reports were very professional and informative and I was extremely impressed. I will recommend them to anyone who needs this done."

"On-Site Mold Analysis came to my apartment and examined everything. The two people who worked at my place were wonderful. They couldn't have been more helpful or professional. I plan to hire them again when my mold remediation is finished for a final report. I highly recommend this company."

"He is accredited by the state of Florida. He tells you what you have, what you don't have and doesn't try to sell you anything. He was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He uses infrared cameras and brings various pieces of testing equipment. He sends his finding to a laboratory and they mail you the results within a few days."

"<p>My first impression was blown away at the team that arrived. 3 guys all dressed in proper company  shirts arrive with some of the latest gadgets in order to properly inspect a home. I knew from the first look that this team was going to inspect every inch of the home we wanted to buy. It was incredible the way one of them specializes in roofs and attics, another all the appliances and structure, while the third guy has over 20 years in the plumping industry. They have an all star team in which they each specialize in certain areas so I know this home will be inspected top to bottom. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>They instructed me several times to walk around with them so that I can inspect the home with them. This was a nice touch and I felt like I was involved but also learning about my home as we go. They also showed me some repairs that I didn't think were necessary but their knowledge of what will happen if I ignore them also impressed me. I was even given estimates about how much each repair may cost me. It was nice to have a team of inspectors who were very knowledgeable but also friendly to teach me things about a home I never knew. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>The final impression was just as rewarding as their first as the report was in my email before 5pm the same day. This also wasn't just some slap stick report to satisfy their requirements; this was over 30 pages of information with 300 photos of my home. It took me over an hour just to read everything. Overall Ron Walker inspections is by far the greatest inspection company I have ever used and I used to be a mortgage broker that has seen hundreds of reports come across my desk. I only wish they inspected more items as I wouldn't hesitate to have their team on my side for any transaction. Thanks</p> <br />"

FAQs for asbestos testing projects in Miami, FL

Asbestos appears as long, thin, or curled mineral fibers that are not visible to the naked eye under normal conditions. Homes constructed before 1989 are more likely to contain this material, so a professional inspection is essential. Because asbestos identification requires specialized techniques, having a certified inspector assess your property is the safest way to confirm its presence and protect your family’s health.

Free asbestos testing services do not exist. You can purchase testing kits online for $30 per unit, and these kits include lab fees, return shipping, consultation, sampling media, and the final results. The results from a kit are less detailed and accurate than those provided by a certified asbestos testing professional. Since collecting a sample exposes you to harmful fibers, hiring a professional is essential to ensure safety and accurate testing.

Receiving asbestos test results takes one to seven days, but different labs offer varying turnaround times. When expedited processing is arranged, the laboratory completes analysis within 24 hours; standard processing requires up to two weeks. Hiring a certified professional ensures that all samples are collected correctly and results are provided without delay, safeguarding your home throughout the process.

Home insurance doesn't often cover asbestos testing and removal. Many policies have a clause called a "pollution exclusion," which means they do not cover indoor pollutants like asbestos. However, your insurance company might cover something like asbestos siding removal costs if it is released due to things beyond your control, such as storm damage.

If a DIY project or accident in your home releases harmful fibers, you must pay for the test and removal.

Yes, you can legally inspect and remove asbestos in your house as long as it's a single-family home and not a multi-family unit. However, the EPA strongly recommends hiring an asbestos abatement pro since testing can be dangerous.

Pros have all the right tools and safety equipment, and you risk breathing in the fibers by taking samples yourself. They also know how to collect samples and safely dispose of materials properly.

Asbestos encapsulation is a process that seals asbestos-containing materials with a protective barrier to prevent the release of harmful fibers. It serves as an alternative to complete removal when full abatement is not necessary. Encapsulation costs between $2 and $6 per square foot, offering a cost-effective option that contains asbestos safely when applied by a certified professional.
