These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. "The first and foremost reason I selected Aeris Heating and Air Conditioning to do the complete overhaul of my house' heating and cooling system with relocation was their professionally written estimate. It was quite detailed and comprehensive, a far cry from those of other bidders. Secondly, because of Arian G. who to make the story short recommended the addition of new supply and return vents to improve ventilation. He insists on having the HERS test and city inspection even if it would cost me $600 more to insure that things were done up to standards. The reason for the 3-star review is the behavior of their work crew. They came down seemingly unprepared. They did not have long enough ladder to get them to the roof so I had to let them use mine. They used my crowbar without asking. I could not communicate very well with the foreman. At the end of the day, they did not clean up their litters of bottles, wrappers and masks around the house. Despite all these, will I still recommend them to others? Maybe, but only after warning them about their work crew."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
