We were faced with major structural damage to the entire front of a two-story condo in Ocean City. Mario and Fred provided a detailed action plan to address the significant water damage, completely rebuilt two decks and replaced the vinyl siding. Additionally, wiring, switches and outlets that suffered from water damage needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was first-class. The result is a brand-new front of the building that is structurally sound and looks amazing. Mario, Fred, and Eve were a pleasure to work with throughout this project. They are responsive, provide frequent updates on progress and are very straightforward with their assessments and recommendations. They provided the guidance, expertise and professionalism needed to get us through this difficult project. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project.
