"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"It's insurance for all appliances and also they came her for my stove. I pay them month to month.  I'm happy with them. Price is good. We don't pay, I fix it and they, everything is paid for. I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. I think it was the air conditioner that went out. They replaced it, the whole thing. They were recommended to us by somebody who's been with them for years. And, like thank god because a year later the damn air conditioner went out. So we were able to use it."

"It was tricky to replace the microwave. In order for it to fit Jeff had to install 2 panels. It looks OK but not really good. I would not use your services again but look for some other professional"

"Nice man, but for the money paid not spent well. Things have to be redone, etc. Installed broken window springs did not work out of the box but still installed it... Not hip on using or fixing cold spots even though they bought insulation during one of our shopping trips and advised that we wanted to make the home warmer in winter... Rebuilt a wall but between this wall were holes in floor did not fix, just reframed wall so now needs to be redone to fix this problem... Never came back to finish or return house keys, just kinda left the job, no clean up, I had to do my self... Sad to write this review, as I liked Mike, but it is what happened!"
