"The salesperson in the store that we worked with (Laura) was great, but when the installers were ready to finish up, they called us to come by the house they were working in and complete the paperwork. One of the two installers immediately started complaining about the radiators in the three rooms (which if he looked at the plan grid, the radiators were clearly shown) saying that they should have been covered, but it was "too late to stop the job". The overall workmanship was and still is not what we expected from a professional and the same installer (Tom) said "it's adequate for a rental property". Um HELLO TOM, this house is NOT a rental property! I will NOT have these people back for future work."

We do all phases of remodeling including additions, kitchens and baths, plumbing, electrical, custom wood working, ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, drywall, windows and doors. We can help with the design of the customer's project and do building drawings for permit applications. We give free estimates and require a 15% deposit before work begins and invoice as per completion percentages. We never invoice for work not completed. all change orders are written up and require signature of acceptance before work is done. We have been in business since 1986. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and hold an A+ rating with them. All work is guaranteed for three years.
