Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Avon, IL

"Went pretty quick. Completed a large amount of tasks in a few days. Flexible on plans changing. Looking forward to to doing the next project this spring."

"It was fine. Everything was good. It was an Angie's List Big Deal and it was inexpensive."

"Dave and the crew were friendly and worked hard. I felt it was a bit pricey and really needed more trimmed from tree in front. The back was pretty good. One tree could have been trimmed further down but such is life. I think had I been a male it would have gone differently."

"I will say the gentleman I dealt with from Cronkhite was very personable and professional. We met twice - once for him to look at the deck and take measurements, and again a week or so later so he could give me the price quote - and he was on time, or close to on time, for both appointments. For me this was strictly an issue with pricing. I wanted a cover over my approximately 10x12 deck. He provided me with a quote of $6,224 for an aluminum cover (this included rain gutters, etc. - it would have been a very nice cover judging from the photo examples he showed me). But 4 years ago a metal roof for my entire house installed by Sundown Exteriors was only $8,955. Granted, I don't have a huge house - two bedroom, one bath, one story - but I just couldn't justify spending almost 70% of the cost of my entire roof for a deck cover. But if you have the money to spend, I'm sure they do very nice work."

"I would like to start off with precise, warm welcome and highly responsible of what they are doing. They really know what they are doing and from start from start to end it has been a great project with new experiences and great craftsmanship. Thanks again guys and i hope to have more work for you soon...

"I would recommend Matt to renovate any project needed. He remodeled my main bathroom and added a half bathroom and both turned out great! He also replaced my garage door and painted my front and back patio."
