Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Avon, OH

"Everything about Lance Homes LLC falls into the excellent category: initial response, estimates, communication, punctuality, job completion, and workmanship. In my experience, he really stands out among contractors I have used, or tried to use."

"Frank actually shows up when he says he will and he does a great job. Very impressed with his knowledge of home repair and renovations. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Made the whole process very transparent."

"Chris is easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a general contractor, and I plan on hiring him for future projects."

"AJ is a great guy and has performed beyond expectations. He and his partner not only did bathroom fan install I requested but also completed many others I told him about when we interviewed. Including replacing light fixtures, replacing a sliding patio door and repairing rotted railing on my front porch. All in one weekend. He’s on track now for some more major repairs when all the fixtures needed come in. Highly recommend him for great service!"

"Dover is a long standing company that we reached out to based on reputation alone. They are a well oiled machine. They did not disappoint. Our 1950s home now has a beautiful and very low maintenance 3 season room that is seamlessly tied into our brick home. Our completely remodeled kitchen with Amish built hickory cabinets and modern finishes is outstanding. The skilled tradesman did a fabulous job. The designer and project manager were easy to work with and kept the project moving. Would highly recommend!"

"Superlative contractor & crew! Understandable contract, reasonable price, excellent service/work. Even washed dirt off our 100 ft driveway @ end of job!"
