"Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future."

"Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent work, great customer service. Very prompt in coming out to meet our loss if heat needs. 23yo Carrier unit definitely needed replaced as technicians explained in terms I could understand. Very fast response for an estimate which was reasonable based on needs and expectations. I was given clear options on the replacement and now understand why I chose the furnace I did. There was no effort at all to sell me things I didn’t need yet always open to discuss any option. Scheduling installation could not have been easier. They even offered to come out early but my schedule couldn’t be adjusted. They were here promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Very professional and personable. They always had time if I had a question. They explained the new thermostat and ensured I knew how to work it. They finished 2h earlier than estimated and the area is more clean than when they started. I would completely recommend this family owned business. It is clear they stand behind their work and take pride in their name and reputation."

"They had a couple of coils that were on order for weeks and it took that long to get them from the manufacturer. They had given me the option of the coils or replace the entire unit. The coils were $2800, or the new unit would've been $4800. I didn't want to spend that much. When the parts came in, instead of putting them in they came out with a new air conditioner unit. The new unit was the same price as the 2 coils. So they ordered the coils and the mfg. sent out a replacement unit instead. They asked that I put $1400 down to order the parts, then the rest of the cost to be paid when the job was done. The employee installing the unit had to ask the remainder of my balance. The company didn't mislead me on purpose. They drug the air conditioner along my carpet, and it left dirt marks all along my carpet that I had to clean up. They could've put carpet protectors down but they didn't. They moved my tv cart and I had to move it back and it's very hard for me to move. 
They were supposed to call me and update me and they never did. I had to keep calling them."
