"Our home was left in shambles (not livable) for over 5 weeks by the previous "contractor" who turned out to be a total flop: no license, no true experience in the scope of project we were doing. We were scrambling trying to find someone to help us with the mess we were left with. We contacted Mr. Martin Lecina, who came out to take a look at the house immediately and gave us a very reasonable quote within a day. We decided to take a chance and hire Mr. Lecina and his crew based on the professionalism and knowledge he exhibited at the initial meeting. To our delight, they started the project the very next week as promised. Unlike the previous horrendous experience we've had, Mr. Martin kept the communication line open 24/7, and ALWAYS kept his words. Despite the fact that it rained HEAVILY for 2+ weeks straight from the very beginning of the project (all exterior work: windows, sidings, stucco repair, wood repair, painting of entire exterior), Mr. Lecina's crew showed up bright and early every single day, and worked non-stop until each day's work was completed. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and skillful. The crew cleaned up and were very respectful to our home, which we greatly appreciated (stark contrast from our previous experience). The quality of their work is top-notch! Very meticulous and truly had the homeowners best interest at heart. The entire project was finished within the time frame as promised by Mr. Lecina. Mr. Lecina and his crew were a Godsend to us; they rescued us from a total nightmare. It is so rare to come by an HONEST and knowledgeable contractor nowadays, and we felt like we hit the jackpot with Mr. Lecina's company. "JAM more than met our expectations! We had heard all of the horror stories with kitchen remodels from friends and neighbors, so we were ready for a bumpy ride. However, from the very first phone call with Rick Sr. our experience was TOP KNOTCH! Speaking of which, he actually took our first call when he was on vacation! That truly shows his dedication! "When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

The work was thorough and after the leak was fixed they additionally checked all the plumbing in the home and cleared out all the water lines of debris.
