"Michael built us a beautiful deck.  He knew we needed the deck built before our wedding (about 30 days) and he made sure it was done.  He showed up every morning (Mon-Sat) at 7:30am and was there most days for about 10-12 hours.  He also cleaned up each evening before leaving.  Our deck is very beautiful and very unique.  Michael worked with us to come up with a really nice design.  We would definitely use him again for other home projects.
Michael also helped us with some plumbing issues while he was there.  He didn't need to do that, but he is such a great guy.  He also is a Christian with great morals.  :-)

"Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. Years later we have ugly mold/fungus on our downstairs ceiling and between the floors. I saw a referral here, on Nextdoor, to use Shawn Turano of PROPERTY RESTORATION SOLUTIONS. Great referral! "EXTREMELY detailed, took their time and did GREAT prep for painting. The paint post prep looks FABULOUS! Great group of guys, VERY friendly. Would never hesitate to recommend them. As a matter of fact I recommended then without hesitate to my neighbor who just lost her husband due to cancer. I am pleased with how their are treating her and her home. Thbey are doing no different than what they did on our home - very detailed prep for painting, taking their time to do a good job.
