"Would not recommend them. They charge a 49$ dispatch fee which goes toward the work if you get it done. That make sense since everyone does some type of dispatch fee. But when I called in to ask more information on charges. They said they didn?t know. They charge 349$ for level 1 diagnostic fee. Most places around 100-200. And then you have to pay whatever on top if there more work needed and I respect that. But When I called and talked to the lady on the phone. I understand you can?t give exact fees. But when some ask specially what the diagnostic fee is they should share that it starts at 349 and up. Def a bait and switch on their part to get a dispatch fee out of someone. I wouldn?t recommend using this company. They need to be more transparent about fees up front. "

"contacted in June/25 for icemaker repair. sent a guy who in five min told me i needed a new icemaker and i told him to go ahead and order. paid $290 for the visit etc. and was supposed to be back in 2 days. never returned, told me they couldnt get part. I have contacted them repeatedly and they tell me my refund request is under review. rarely will answer phone and when they do they say someone will call back and no one ever has. this is criminial, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!"

"They were friendly, professional and love that they put shoe covers on. If they had to go out to the truck they would remove shoe covers and recover when entering the home again. They were pleasant and worked well as a team. Yes I would recommend. Ran into a problem with a slanted ceiling and having a 2 chain fixture that made the light unbalanced. They put their experience to work and fix the issue. Great job!!!"
