"Quickly repaired a major leak in main drain"

"We had an appointment with this company to repair our toilet and during the consultation he recommended to replace the toilet. It was due to the age and the cost of parts would be far greater then a brand new toilet. Well...we thought we knew better. We invited another company and they told us they could fix it for way more then RPX with no mention of a replacement toilet. By end of he week Rooter Pro Xpress was at our house with a new toilet ready for installation. Best decision ever."

"Scott, Tanner, and Dustin of PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER were simply outstanding. They arrived to the job precisely on time and ready to work. Everyone was professional, easy-going, and friendly. I had three different plumbing projects, two of them major. At every step, they explained what was going on. I could see the work being done with exacting care and each step was laid out so I could understand what they were doing and why. They completely fixed a major water leak and replumbed the pipes in the basement ceiling to perfection. Beautiful work. All overhead. In an hour. They worked quickly but with great care as they knocked out the next issue. A major foundation leak. Fixed. Pressure tested. Not a drop anywhere. They spent the rest of the day replacing a sewer main. Their work was again done with great care. Friendly, but no fooling around. They fixed every problem in a single day. Skill, knowledge, and caring together are a powerful combination. I have used three other local plumbers before and was not pleased. I am happy to give PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER my top rating. They got it done and done right. Thank you!"

"Repaired a toilet. Did a great job. I’ve been a customer for years and highly recommend."

"2nd time using Chen abs Eric was excellent! He patiently talked through best options and costs for my repair. As well as timing. He was very helpful!"

"OUTSTANDING!! Jonathan showed on time, very polite and went right to work. Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. Eventually he came back the next day with a longer snake and cleared the drain! Charged me the quoted price, never tried to upsell or overcharge me even though it took much longer than they expected. Totally proffessional and absolutely committed to providing the service you want. I would absolutely hire these guys again!"

"Rooter Pro Plumbing GA really helped us by repairing a leak that was causing us to have huge water bills. Other plumbing companies were afraid to touch it. It was a difficult galvanized pipe repair, and they tackled it intelligently and efficiently. We were very happy with their work, and very appreciative that they were willing to do the repair."

"We had some issues with our septic system after we moved into our house. We dealt with one company that unprofessionally estimated the cost of repairing/replacing our system. We sought a second opinion from Pumpco. They precisely estimated the cost of the installation and did not exceed their quote. They set a schedule and completed the work as they said they would. They are well organized and have a great staff. From Steve, the owner, who has a vision to support the local community, Joe with a massive 6-6 frame who has delicate machinery skills, and Amanda who coordinated it all with her bubbly personality. Pumpco exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them. Sean and Paula of Duluth"
