I thought it was a long shot but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and straight forward. They even went above and beyond by helping me with the natural gas conversion on my griddle. "The pro went above and beyond he even made a trip to butler to pick up a new pump and stayed after dark to install the pump and made sure it was working. The tempature wind chill was below zero I could not thank him enough I would highly recomend them. "

"Ordered a new water heater through them. They were very nice at first, then when they came to install the new water heater they told me they "had to come back to get my old water tank" because their truck was full. I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. They do not care about their customers and don't keep their word. DO NOT hire these guys. Now I have to dispose of this myself."

"I called Martin at 9:15 on Sep. 10, after 3 days of torrential rains from a Hurricane that moved up the coast. They were at my house by 1:00 the same day with a new heavy duty pump. After uncovering the system, it was discovered that a fitting on an elbow had blown off, simply pumping the water back into the tank. They fixed the issue, and simply charged me a service call. I didn't know these guys or this company, but it was recommended and I checked them out on Angie's List. They are A+, great service, quality people. They will get my business when the pump does fail completely. Hope that is not soon though."
