We had a little trepidation in opening our home in the context of the pandemic but from the very beginning, with the initial meeting with our Design consultant, Malik Vincent (located at Molyneaux Rte. 286- Holiday Park) we knew we were working with an extremely professional organization. Malik guided us in making the best decisions for our first and second floors in our homes given our lifestyle and needs. And masks and social distancing were always observed. The hard flooring and carpeting teams were also highly efficient, respectful and hard working. Molyneaux has employed individuals who are gifted in their respective areas and the results are beautiful. Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. Both my husband and myself, but perhaps, most importantly, our teenage boys, are all extremely pleased with the finished products. Molyneaux receives our highest recommendations and would use them again with no hesitation whatsoever!!!"

"Excellent ... Robert promptly came over and provided a reasonable quote to plaster the kitchen ceiling due to an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in the plumbers knocking it out. Since this is an older home the plaster needed to have a swirl pattern. I also mentioned painting was needed for the fix and Robert brought in his son who does painting. After discussions, I decided to also have the kitchen walls, chair rails, baseboards, and basement stair walls painted. This price too was reasonable. An appointment was made for a week later for the plaster work and the painting a week after that. Robert and his son and the 2 helpers finished the job promptly and professionally. The plaster with the swirl pattern blended in with the rest of the kitchen ceiling nicely."

"Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty."

"To start off, he didn?t even want to come out to see the bathroom before he started the job. I requested that he come out first to see everything because I really wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very thorough, even provided drawings and he kept assuring me that he could do what I had envisioned. My husband, who is in the trade, kept telling me to instruct them to do certain things that they were going to overlook. The tile work was not done as I had wanted. I asked for a very small grout line, asked them if they were experience in tile walls, they said they were, yet they would do things that I didn?t ask for and wouldn?t consult me first before they did it. I asked him if he could seal the grout and instead of doing it, he gave me a spray can and told me that I could just spray it on the wall and wipe it off and that?s all I need to do once a year. So then I had to take extra time to do something that I thought I was already paying for. Also, their way of fixing things would be to just caulk over cracks until you couldn?t see them anymore instead of actually repairing the cracks. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that every time they had to come back out to fix their mistakes, I would get charged for them. I ended up getting billed $5000 more than what I had initially paid and now my husband and son have to re-do the whole thing."

"Our tile presented unique challenges...the walls and ceiling are covered by a classic and quot;pigmented structural glassand quot; made by PPG back in the 1940s and 1950s. PPG called their version of this glass by the brand name Carrara.
We were very concerned about protecting the original look of the bathroom and Patrick Shannon was more than up to the task.
The entire project was completed without any of the glass tiles being compromised.
In addition, Patrick upgraded much of the bathroom's caulking and grouting.
My wife and I were very impressed and pleased with Patrick's contributions. He was, at all times, professional and competent.
