"Great!  I have used Lee two times since I have moved into my new home last year.  He cleaned the chimney back just after Christmas in 2014 and did a wonderful job.  Cost was around 150.00 and he did not try and tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong.  Even told my husband how to fix the flue frame his self to save on cost.
They came back again this spring to take care of some pintucking our inspector pointed out during the winter (could not be done at that time due to the cold) and also to fix a 5x5 porch landing that was made of brick in a herringbone pattern that the morter had started to crumble on.  Looked wonderful once they were done.

I was given 3 weeks to review by other companies but Nosh not only came that evening, he left to look to match 50+year old bricks AND he was by my house at 7:30 the following morning AND tore down and replaced my entire chimney in less than 48 hours and did a skillful masterful job, (we are not related, I am just super happy to have contracted Specialty"

"HDF powerwashed the entire structure even under the top two decks.  They removed all rotten and suspect floor boards, railing and posts.  My lower deck was the worst because its the closest to the ground.  The original deck builder did not put flashing on the wall where the decking is attached to the house. HDF put flashing where it was supposed to be. Also, that dug drainage channels for the water to flow away from my lower deck. It had been retaining water around the footers for 15 years.  HDF's attention to detail is second to none.  They primed and sealed all new wood then applied 10 gallons of Behr premium stain.
 
My deck looks brand new and from a short distance looks like a Trex deck.  HDF did an outstanding job.  I would not hesitate to call on them in the future."
