Once we agreed on the project, Tri-Star started right away, worked around my schedule, taking a break at my request when we went on a short vacation. The project was completed in short order. I was able to make changes in the design right up to the last minute. They were always courteous and respectful, taking caution to protect other areas of my home while they worked. When everything was completed, all the areas (including the areas leading into and out of the basement) were cleaned. Nothing was left behind. I was thrilled at the results."
