"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? He was able to accommodate all of my needs with no issues or delays. He is a true professional, a perfectionist and very trustworthy. Has been in the construction business for many years since he was young with his dad and is a building inspector so he knows what problems to look for and how they need to be fixed correctly. He does not typically work on multiple projects at the same time and will be there on time every day until your project is completed. I would encourage prospective clients to go online also and watch his very helpful and informative videos that he’s posted on YouTube. Also, don’t judge solely on price. As the saying goes…you get what you pay for. You’re going to come out ahead of the game by getting it done right the first time and avoiding hiring him after your previous contractor did crappy or slipshod work. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."
