"Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. "Oh Man, well.......on the evening of Monday, October 1, 2018, my kitchen sink drain backed up. I contacted a local plumber that advertises on the radio and on Wednesday October 3, 2018 they arrived at my house. The plumber Snaked the Drain Line all the way to the Sewage "Y" inlet and discovered Tree Roots in the Drain Line. The Plumber also observed muddy water present indicating a cracked cast iron drain sewage line. My house as built in 1947 so that Cast Iron Pipe lasted 71 years. Later that day, I placed a Quote Request on "Home-Advisor" for replacing my sewage drain lines. Jose called me within 5 minutes of placing a quote request on Home-Advisor. I missed the call and soon after their was a knock on my door. (WOW). I explained to Jose my Plumbing Problem and within 45 minutes another worker, also Jose arrived and inspected my drain lines. Jose#2 climbed under my house and discovered that a 2 inch PVC drain pipe line from the shower, tub and Sink was broken and shooting out water under the house......ugh!!! Emergency Crisis, SO Jose#2 gave me a quote and said He could come out the next morning. So the next morning both Jose#1 & 2 arrived to replace all of my Drain Lines and seal the wet dirt with plastic sheets and absorbent Kitty-Litter......... The Great news was after all the old drain pipes were replaced with new 2" and 3" ABS Black Pipes and Fittings (all the way to the Sewer Inlet) Jose#1 sent a video camera down the drain 60 feet all the way to the City sewer under the street and discovered minimal issues with the 71 year old Clay Pipes. We observed only two pipe joints that were misaligned bu a 1/8 of in inch. Tree Roots were not in issue. Thank God......."

Luckily my caregiver was preparing to clean the bathroom when the toilet began to overflow. She called to me immediately and began furiously sweeping water out the back door preventing water damage to the hall carpet.
