"Tech Joseph O was great. Very personable. Answered all of my questions regarding our tankless water heater. Resolved issue with the water heater in less than an hour. I would most definitely use Payless again and would recommend them to anyone having water heater or plumbing issues. Oh yeah the price was right too! Great Job!"

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"They took out my old shower and installed a new one. They came out quickly and installed the shower kit and door within 5 days, despite heavy rains that week. Customer service was great. They were professional and came out again when we asked to adjust the shower water temp to get hotter. Even though they had to add additional framing for the shower door, they only charged my for whatever was quoted in the beginning. Overall, I was very satisfied and would work with them again."
