"Mario Idarra is my neighbor. He is with Millard Sprinkler. I asked him about installing a sprinkler system. He showed me a plan. I committed to it. He said due to Covid and supply chain issues they were a few weeks out on installs. He also stated that he typically worked only on commercial installs but would try to get us the earliest available residential crew. He called a few days later and said he could free up his commercial crew. They could be over the next day. He supervised the install. It was incredible! Great attention to detail. Very professional. Our lawn looks great! System works great! Mario makes it a point to check on the system from time to time. He starts it up in summer and shuts it down in winter. Always there to help. The best!"

"Estimator came out and discussed our options.  Then he took the measurements for a later estimate which was e-mailed within a few days.  After I notified him that we would accept his offer he ordered the plants, etc. that would be needed for the project.  As soon as everything came in he called and set up an appointment to come out.  Three gentlemen came out last week to perform the work.  They worked fast but still did a very professional job.  The foreman went over the plans before the work was begun just to make sure we were on the same page and during the project if there was a question he would come to the door and ask.  After the work was complete we did a walkthrough to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.  They replaced free of charge a few plants they planted last year that did not survive.  This was my second project with them and needless to say I am 100% happy with the work of Forest Green. <br />"

"I wasn't going to write this review until my last contact. I asked Trugreen to start lawn service last summer. I agreed to a one year contract. I was surprised to find that the contract could only be canceled by a mailed letter. However, it was acceptable. I was satisfied with the fertilization of my lawn. The problem came with weed control. I did not feel they were effective in killing weeds. I pulled more weeds than were killed by their treatment. Later in,the summer they called me to indicate that they could not effectively kill weeds in my lawn because of the bare spots (my understanding of the phone conversation). They advised me that for an additional cost, they would come out and seed the spots. I found this strange as the bare spots were they when they agreed to care for the weeds. I declined the extra service and cost. The person asked how I would care for the spots. I indicated that I could toss some grass seed where needed. After that call, I decided to cancel the service when the year was out. I sent my letter of cancellation to the Lincoln office. They requested that I rate their service. I did and indicated that I wasn't satisfied. I received a call a few days later indicating that a technician was coming out that week I returned the call and indicated thar I had cancelled the service and did not want anyone coming out. The person indicated they were sending someone out because I had indicated dissatisfaction with their service. I told them I had canceled the service and did not want anyone out. He assured me that the call was canceled and that no one would call. The next day a technician was at my house asking why I was dissatisfied and to show him where work needed done. I informed him that I had cancelled the service. In fairness, others I know have had good results from TruGreen. I also have to indicate that their technicians and phone personnel were polite and courteous. I simply wish they had effectively killed the weeds in my yard. <br />"

"West Omaha replaced three sprinkler heads that were leaking and adjusted about half of our sprinkler heads, as well as moving one sprinkler head. They arrived early (after calling to make sure it was OK). Much better and much cheaper than Millard. And better service. Highly recommended."
