With Wayne doing the repairs their grade needs to be an A+ for his excellent customer service. On time, correct diagnosis, got the part same say (usually they have to order it - but there was a no-pick up he was able to get). We paid $69 for the first visit and that was deducted from the $309 we were charged for the parts and labor to replace the control panel. I thought that was very fair."
