"Another great experience with Vanguard. My main water line to the house sprung a leak at 2pm on a Saturday. I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! I explained that I could wait until Monday, but he insisted, and was there in a hour, and had it fixed 45min later. Thank you David! And if you are looking for a plumber, don’t go anywhere else!"

To change outdoor faucet, the total bill was $386.00 plus small charged to us my credit card which brought to $411.00. I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment. "

Somehow, the office misunderstood and sent a crew to completely replace my water heater without my approval or even providing a quote first. When I questioned why the work was done, they insisted I had authorized it ? which I absolutely did not. Instead of handling the situation politely, the office staff was short and dismissive, telling me I still needed to pay. I told them to come pick up their water heater and return mine. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly disappointing. I definitely will not be using them again and would recommend Gillum Waddell every single time instead. "

"The gentleman was very nice and did a good job. He was very late but kept calling and giving me updates as to when he would be here. One of the reasons was he put the wrong address in his gps and ended up on the other side of town. But he was very apologetic about it, things do happen."
