"At approximately 8:00 pm in the evening I had oil but no heat or hot water. I went onto Home Advisor hoping to find someone to come the next morning. Within 2 minutes of hitting the send button Mr Moore contacted me. He said he would be here in 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. He was prompt, respectful, pleasant and reasonably priced.
