"As am new to the house, AC didn't work and gave me surprise.. Posted my requirement in Home advisor, from Affordable American Air-- Mike and Ryan contacted me and did excellent job. explained me every thing about the issue and what they are doing and made me to understand on the issue. They stopped by in evening and did there investigation and figured out the issue and made the things come in line. My sincere thanks to Mike ( Michael) and Ryan for doing there excellent job and follow-up after completing the work. Planning to change the air-conditioning unit, sure am going to contact Mike from Affordable American Air. (I trust them) Sure I recommend this company to others."

"Rob thoroughly explained water heaters and patiently answered all of my questions. The skilled technician then installed a water heater and sump pump for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again!"

"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."
