I ask the tech some questions on one appliance while he fixed the dryer and was very helpful on his advice and possible solutions to the problem I was having with my dish washer. 2. the tech was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my driver and fixed the problem quickly. 3. the tech also went over both the service and part warranty I felt the price paid for the service call and part was reasonable, usually when a service or contractor comes into our development I see a repair bill very high and unreasonable THANK YOU REIMER APPLIANCE REPAIR"

"Our Technician Alex called us in advance to advise he would be at our home within 10 to 15 minutes & he was right on time. He was friendly & pleasant & advised us about how long the job would take. We have a dog we watch during the day & Alex won him over by talking kindly to him & allowing him to follow him to our Cellar where the old water heater needed to be replaced. Again Alex was on time telling us that his replacement would take approximately an hour's time & that's about all it took. He worked quietly & efficiently & explained how the new heater would work once it was installed. He was neat & cleaned up after himself & we couldn't have been more pleased that this process from originally making the call only took a few days for us to get the Job set up. "My wife and I recently purchased a big old home in the Village of Kenmore. Given that the existing furnace in the house was a monstrous unit that was over 40 years old, a new energy efficient furnace was at the top of an extensive list of repairs needed on the house. We chose JP Heating and Cooling to do the work and couldn?t be happier with our decision. <br />   A number of factors influenced our decision to select JP Heating and Cooling. It was important to us to select a company that had a long history of doing quality work for its customers? JP has been in business for over three decades. We liked the idea that the owner, Jim Perusich, only did one installation at a time in an effort to give each job proper attention. Pushy salesmen irritate the heck out of me, so I was especially impressed by the fact that there was no ?hard sell? associated with Jim?s assessment of our needs. His only interest was giving us an excellent heating system at a reasonable price. <br />   Two quick stories that might be of interest to potential HVAC customers: <br /> * Due to the age of the furnace, my wife and I expected that we would need to replace a significant amount of duct work, but Jim assured us that most of our duct work was actually in great shape. He could have replaced a bunch of ducts, added $1,000-$1,500 to the bill, and we wouldn?t have been wise enough to know the difference. My sense is that Jim has been in business for over 30 years because he refuses to take advantage of potential customers. <br /> * Our house is over 3000 sq. ft. and Jim had some questions about the size and configuration of our heating unit. At no cost to us, he brought in an engineer to look at the job and make recommendations. A guy with a big ego might have felt uncomfortable seeking outside guidance, but Jim?s only interest was getting the job done right. <br />   Our experience with JP Heating and Cooling was one of the best experiences we?ve ever had with a contractor.
